Discover how you can make a difference in the lives of individuals, families and communities around the world.Job Description:About the role:The Manager, Operations and Vendor Oversight plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of operational processes and managing vendor relationships within Wealth Operations. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities, optimizing workflows, and maintaining strong relationships with external vendors. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and uphold the highest standards of service delivery.What will you do?Oversee daily Wealth Operations, ensuring processes are executed efficiently, accurately and within established timelines.Manage vendor relationships including IFDS, focusing on SLA adherence and service optimization. Collaborate with vendors to address operational inefficiencies, implement corrective actions and optimize service delivery.Implement and monitor risk management activities and regulatory complianceIdentify and lead operational improvement initiatives.
