As an Accountant, Assurance [Audit] your responsibilities will include:

1. Collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional service to clients under varying reporting frameworks across different industries and sectors
2. Planning, preparing and executing financial statement audits, reviews and compilations
3. Providing solutions to our clients on current business and financial conditions
4. Preparing various types of tax returns (personal, trust, and corporate) and responding to CRA requests for information
5. Bookkeeping and investment accounting for corporation
6. Contributing to the building of our reputation as the preferred business advisors in key sectors of our growing practice

1. 1-2 years of experience in an accounting role
2. Graduate from a Post Secondary Program, preferably with a focus in accounting
3. Strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail
4. Proven problem solver with solid analytical skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Experience in leading teams of professionals on diverse engagements
7. Strong working knowledge of MS Office suite and ability to grasp new technology tools
