We are MaRayTech Consulting Ltd., an IT services provider with a focus on the financial sector that primarily serves insurance companies, banks, and FinTechs. We are looking to recruit a Project Coordinator to play a key role within the business.

What would you do as our Project Coordinator

As our Project Coordinator you will liaise with customers regarding project launches to understand their requirements and expectations. A key part of the role will be to manage subcontractors by ensuring that they are provided with the necessary documents and to negotiate prices in line with our contract. This is an exciting and varied role which will enable you to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on a variety of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Order Processing: Manage orders on external portals efficiently.
2. First Line Support: Provide first line support to customers and contractors, addressing and logging issues onto the CRM system.
3. Inbox Management: Oversee and manage multiple inboxes.
4. Project Coordination: Ensure projects are updated and completed within the designated timescales.
5. Customer Communication: Keep customers informed about lead times and project progress.
6. Subcontractor Liaison: Coordinate with subcontractors and manage related tasks.
7. Contract Management: Write up contracts using DocuSign.

Requirements for the Project Coordinator include:

1. A desire to join an independent and fast-growing agency.
2. Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or a similar role.
3. Excellent organisational skills and time management (this is a MUST HAVE).
4. Meticulous attention to detail.
5. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
6. Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
7. Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
8. Comfortable working within a small team in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
9. Knowledge of social media.

Hours of Work: Full-time. 40 hours a week. Monday to Friday. 9 am to 5 pm. We can offer some flexibility on the working hours to accommodate 8 am to 4 pm or 9 am to 5 pm, if those hours are more suitable for your needs.
