Responsibilities

As a Financial Advisor, you will:

- Develop and grow your own client practice, supported by a client support team and regional advisors.
- Lead the branch team to serve clients and contribute to the firm’s purpose.
- Understand clients’ goals and the importance of those goals to accelerate trust and client progress.
- Assist clients with long-term financial goals, including retirement, wealth building, estate strategies, education funding, and more.
- Engage with ongoing training and resources to enhance advisory capabilities and client service.

Qualifications

- Four years of financial industry work experience OR a university degree or college diploma.
- Financial services registration, licensing, or certifications preferred.
- Experience in sales, business development and/or client acquisition.
- Experience in client prospecting.
- Ambition, self-motivation and commitment to establishing long-term client relationships.
- Goal-oriented with critical thinking skills.
- Maturity to serve the investing public.
- Analytical and communication skills to carry out regulatory requirements.
