* Guiding and assisting faculty, subject matter experts, and academic administrators as they plan, develop, implement, review, and modify program curriculum;* Guiding the development of program proposals in accordance with College and Ministry directives and policies, and in alignment with the Ontario Qualifications Framework or PEQAB Standards and Benchmarks as appropriate;* Supporting faculty through curriculum‑related activities within the Program Quality Review (PQR) process and through the implementation of curriculum-related recommendations from PQR, accreditation/regulatory bodies, or other drivers for curriculum renewal;* Supporting faculty through curriculum-related activities to implement new or revised program standards;* Facilitating the development of gap analyses and bridging courses to support degree and program pathways;* Contributing curriculum and teaching‑learning expertise to College committees and projects.* Minimum of a Master’s degree in Education or a related field of study;* Minimum three (3) years of teaching experience, or equivalent, preferably in a post-secondary setting;* Demonstrated knowledge and experience in leading and facilitating program and course curriculum development with faculty and subject matter experts;* Demonstrated experience in developing curriculum in alignment with the Ontario Qualifications Framework, Framework for Programs of Instruction, Ontario College Quality Assurance Services requirements, and the Postsecondary Education Quality Assessment Board Standards and Benchmarks;* Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the use of educational technologies;* Experience in the development and delivery of hybrid and online curriculum is considered an asset;* Demonstrated knowledge of principles and methods for training design, professional development training design and instruction for educators, and measurement of training effects;* Demonstrated experience in facilitating professional development workshops, courses, and/or programs;* Demonstrated ability to build rapport and work effectively with a wide range of faculty and staff from different areas, and with varying skills and experience levels related to curriculum design;* Demonstrated experience in facilitating difficult conversation, navigating and managing challenging group dynamics, exploring various viewpoints, and building consensus amongst teams* Highly effective communication, presentation, facilitation, planning, and organizational skills;* Ability to participate in consultative decision-making processes;* Strong ability to work in a team environment;* Demonstrated high level of adaptability and ability to produce results under tight timelines;* Sound knowledge of curriculum theory and practice with demonstrated skill working with curriculum in a variety of delivery modes;* Demonstrated evidence of commitment to student success strategies and continuous improvement.* Clearly demonstrate how you meet each of the Required Qualifications listed in this posting.* Highlight relevant teaching, research, and leadership experience.* **Compensation:**Many roles offer a competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, and retirement plans designed to support your well-being. *Eligibility for benefits vary by position.** **Learning and Development Opportunities:** Access to training, tuition assistance programs (Algonquin College and ), certifications, workshops, and professional courses that allow you to grow and advance in your career. . *Availability depends on role and employment status*.* **Company Culture**: Our values of caring, learning, integrity, and respect define how we interact with one another.
