Temporary position for 12 monthsAs a purchasing and procurement analyst, you help finalize contractual agreements with the organization’s partners for the purchase and rental of goods and services. You may be responsible for one or more sub-specialties, such as the sourcing and procurement of goods and services, asset management, contract and partnership management, inventory and replenishment, outsourced service management, and governance. You analyze and help diagnose issues, provide opinions in accordance with the rules for your discipline, and help develop recommendations and implementation plans. You develop tools, methods and processes. Your projects and initiatives require extensive knowledge of your line of work.You share ideas and help solve problems using your analytical skills, extensive knowledge of your line of business and ability to manage complexity. You interact with stakeholders working in other fields. You provide discipline-specific support to your unit, clients and partners. More specifically, you will be required to:* Conduct studies and analysis of your line of business’s identified purchasing and procurement needs* Identify, analyze and interpret needs and data to inform management decision-making and monitor the application of management policies and practices* Analyze issues and write reports.
