As a Purchasing and Procurement Analyst, you help finalize contractual agreements with the organization’s partners for the purchase and rental of goods and services. You may be responsible for one or more sub-specialties, including sourcing and procurement of goods and services, asset management, contract and partnership management, inventory and replenishment, outsourced service management, and governance. By analyzing and diagnosing issues, you provide opinions in accordance with discipline rules and develop recommendations, implementation plans, tools, methods and processes. You use analytical skills and extensive knowledge of your line of business to solve complex problems and manage stakeholder relationships. Temporary position for 12 months. Responsibilities Conduct studies and analysis of your line of business’s identified purchasing and procurement needs. Identify, analyze and interpret needs and data to inform management decision-making and monitor the application of management policies and practices. Analyze issues and write reports, prepare recommendations and advise on implementation. Help prepare and propose action plans to address issues in accordance with rules and parameters. A minimum of two years of relevant experience. Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered. Knowledge of French is required.
