Overview
Infosys is seeking a Lead SAP FSCM Application Consultant. As a Lead SAP FSCM Application Consultant, you would be an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration, and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes and deliverables, contribute to proposal development, client training, and internal capability building, and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Basic Qualifications
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario / Calgary, Alberta or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
- Candidates authorized to work for any employer in Canada without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 8 years of experience in designing and configuring Order to Cash processes with SAP FSCM
- Lead the functional workstreams for SAP FSCM – Credit Management and Collections Management.
- Drive project deliverables: manage end-to-end solutioning including requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Create and maintain functional design documents, test scripts, and training materials.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to offshore teams, ensuring timely and quality outputs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SAP FI, SD, and third-party system teams for seamless integrations.
- Work closely with client stakeholders, building strong relationships and acting as the primary point of contact for FSCM-related topics.
- Minimum 2 SAP S/4 HANA FSCM Implementation experience in a lead role
- 7+ years of experience in SAP with focus on FSCM – Credit and Collections Management.
- Strong functional knowledge in: Customer Credit Master, Credit Check Rules and Risk Categories, DCDs.
- Integration with external credit rating agencies / 3rd party systems
- Hands-on experience with requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and functional specification writing.
- Experience working in both support and project-based environments.
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal – with the ability to engage with business and IT stakeholders effectively.
- Experience with integration touchpoints between FSCM and modules like FI, SD, and external systems.
- Experience in the following areas: SAP S/4 HANA, Vertex, EDI, iDOC, GTS, SAP Receivables management
- Experience with dealing with key integration areas in Procurement, FICO, Supply Chain, Order Management, as well as internal and external systems
- Knowledge in integration aspects with other modules such as MM, WM and FI.
- Experience in creating requirement specifications based on architecture/design/detailing of Business Processes
- Experience in development/configuration/solution evaluation/validation and deployment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lead blueprinting workshops independently
- Willingness to work with global teams across time zones
- Ability to read ABAP codes is required.
- Should have experience in handling requirement gathering, blue printing, design, configuration, functional testing, data migration, test data setup for UAT etc.
- Demonstrate thought leadership and drive decision making
- Demonstrated ability and experience as an effective leader and communicator with strong interpersonal, leadership, analytical and relationship management skills, trouble shooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage CXO level client stakeholders
- Experienced in working with a diverse team spread across locations

Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be:
- Ontario: $ 92,701 to $ 107,185
