Be part of it by applying for a position with us today.**Job Description:**As a Quality Assurance Tester, you’ll collaborate closely with software developers, business analysts, and the test lead to ensure high-quality deliverables. You will analyze requirements, design and execute manual test cases, document findings, and track issues through resolution. **Key Responsibilities:*** Analyze and clarify requirements with stakeholders* Estimate manual testing effort* Design and review test scenarios; revise based on feedback* Assess product risk and prioritize test cases* Define smoke tests for each build and plan regression suites* Identify candidates for test automation* Prepare detailed test steps and data requirements* Execute smoke and system tests; record and communicate results* Log descriptive defects and validate fixes* Collaborate with the Test Lead and project team throughout the process **Required Qualifications:*** Degree or diploma in Computer Science or related field (preferred)* 3+ years of experience in manual testing across web, desktop, and mobile applications* Knowledge of SDLC methodologies* Familiarity with ALM tools and JIRA* Understanding of QA methods: unit, integration, regression testing**Language Skills:** English, written and spoken. French would be considered an asset.**Security Clearance Requirement:** In conjunction with our contract with the Federal Government, you will be required to have Reliability Status Clearance (Enhanced Level B).
