I've been in the self-help and personal development space for nearly 25 and am a TRUE expert on mindset, the psychology of success and relationships. I founded Ready for Love in 2017 and we've helped over 2000 women in that time with a 97% success rate.

Our program helps women end the dating and relationship confusion and disappointment and shift the focus from “finding The ONE' to instead ‘becoming The ONE' by falling deeply in love with themselves first. Many of my clients have never experienced a healthy love relationship where they feel seen, heard, valued and love
- and we help them change this once and for all

**YOUR ROLE**:
The Enrollment Coach is a sales position that is a front-line role for vetting and on-boarding new clients. Highly qualified potential clients (leads) schedule a call after jumping through 15 mini-commitments along the way. By the time they reach YOU, they are highly engaged and motivated.

Within the space of a 60 minute call it's your job to help them understand the gravity of their situation, the consequences if they don't take action, and enroll them IF they are a fit for what we do. We turn down 60% of the women who come to us. It's about finding the right fit so we maintain our 99% success rate and elicit a strong lifetime client value.

You MUST have empathy and a deep understanding of the challenges single successful professional women experience in dating and relationships. _If you are cynical about love and men or are angry or negative towards men, this is not the role for you._

You MUST be able to talk about upsetting and difficult experiences, be comfortable with swearing and negative emotions as most women have had sad and disappointing pasts. _If you are uncomfortable with REAL TALK, this is not the role for you._

You MUST think on your feet, not be scared to ask difficult questions, and be open to learning our modality of sales qualification. _If you are not self-motivated, an A-player, and someone with a reputation for excellence who is also willing to learn anew this is not the role for you._

Experience selling coaching or education-based programming is highly preferred, however not required. We train team members in our unique process which is heart-based, not high-pressure

You MUST be 100% committed to working with us. This role is 40 hours per week and commission-only plus BONUSES. First year minimum OTE is $120K+ Second year minimum OTE is $220K+. Once you achieve mastery, there is opportunity to work 4 days per week average. _If you are looking for a part-time mommy job or a temporary gig while you build your consulting biz, this is not the role for you._

You MUST have SKY HIGH INTEGRITY and be willing to refuse an enrollment if the woman is not qualified EVEN THOUGH you will miss out on commission.

- Within some specifications - You will get to choose your own hours to work (must be able to work 2 evenings and at least one weekend day)
- You can work from anywhere as long as you have a quiet space with a strong phone & internet connection
- Your calendar will get booked within the times you choose by individuals who have been highly qualified and want help from us.
