- Job Title: Podiatrist (Sponsorship Available)

- Employer: RJS Resourcing Ltd

- Location: Penzance, Cornwall & Dorset (multiple clinic and community-based roles)

- Pay: £30,000–£60,000 per annum (dependent on experience and Band level)

- Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

- Licence Requirement: HCPC registration and full UK driving licence

- Education Requirement: BSc (or equivalent) in Podiatry

Role Overview

The podiatrist will provide assessments, treatment plans, and care to patients in both clinic and home settings. The role includes guiding assistants, engaging in policy reviews, and ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct podiatry assessments and deliver treatment plans

- Diagnose and treat foot and ankle conditions

- Carry out home visits where required

- Provide guidance to assistants and clinical staff

- Participate in clinic policy and procedure reviews

- Perform administrative tasks as needed

- Deliver excellent customer service and communicate sensitive information effectively

Candidate Profile

- HCPC-registered podiatrist (minimum Band 5, Band 6 preferred)

- BSc (or equivalent) in Podiatry

- Experience in foot and ankle assessment, diagnosis, and treatment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Full UK driving licence (required for certain roles)

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
