Join Musqueam as a Senior Project Manager, focusing on critical housing initiatives. Lead project teams in successfully executing community-focused capital projects.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee various aspects of capital projects while ensuring compliance with the Musqueam Strategic Plan. Your role will involve extensive collaboration with departments, contractors, and community stakeholders to achieve project milestones on MIB land. Effective management of funding applications and reporting is also essential.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the execution of capital projects from start to finish
• Manage team dynamics and project budgets effectively
• Coordinate with Musqueam staff and external partners
• Support procurement processes and contract management
• Draft project reports and briefings for senior leadership
Requirements:
• Degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or related discipline
• 5-7 years of relevant project management experience
• Strong leadership and organizational capabilities
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and design software
• Familiarity with Musqueam cultural traditions Bring your expertise in project management to enhance the Musqueam community's growth and development.
