As the General Manager, you will be the face and operational head of our busy, full-service hotel. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a blend of strategic planning, financial acumen, and exceptional people skills.

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Operational Excellence: Overseeing all hotel departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance) to ensure seamless, high-quality service delivery.
- Team Leadership: Mentoring, motivating, and developing a stable team of long-term employees, fostering a positive and professional work culture.
- Financial Management: Preparing and managing budgets, driving revenue growth, and controlling expenses to maximize profitability.
- Guest Satisfaction: Championing a culture of outstanding hospitality, resolving guest issues, and maintaining high standards for service and cleanliness.
- Community Relations: Representing the hotel as a key business leader in the local community.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in hotel management, ideally within a full-service environment. Required Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive management experience in the hospitality industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a P&L and implement successful revenue-generating strategies.
- Strong financial and organizational planning skills.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- A stable career history showing commitment and successful long-term management roles.
- Experience in a hotel with Food & Beverage operations is highly desirable.
