Job Description

Senior Estimator - ICI - OttawaKey role requirements:

- Develop accurate and detailed cost estimates for major ICI construction projects.

- Collaborate with project teams to determine project scope and requirements.

- Analyse project documents, specifications, and drawings to prepare estimates.

- Source and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotes to ensure competitive pricing.

- Assist in preparing bid proposals and tender submissions.

- Monitor market trends and pricing fluctuations to maintain up-to-date cost data.

- Provide guidance and support to junior estimators within the team.

- Participate in pre-construction meetings and provide input to optimise project plans.

The Successful Applicant

Senior Estimator - ICI - OttawaA successful Senior Estimator should have:

- 5+ years, proven experience in ICI focused project estimation.

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and cost estimation techniques.

- Proficiency in relevant software tools and estimating systems.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

- Secret Security clearance is required
