8+ Years Rate: CAD$60-62/hr Application Deadline: Sep 15th, 2026 SKILLS REQUIRED
- Strong communication skills — written and verbal
- Business acumen understands strategy, programs, and business operations
- Experience in Sales or Retail domain (preferred background)
- Proven experience leading Business Programs as a Program Manager on the business side
- Experience as a DRI (Directly Responsible Individual) for tools/systems
- Ability to translate business requirements into product features in collaboration with technology teams
- Salesforce exp is preferred
- Strong structured thinking with clear examples of:
- Stakeholder alignment
