What will your typical day look like?
The Vendor Management - Analyst/Senior Analyst is responsible for monitoring contract timelines (renewals, notification periods, etc), tracking SLAs, and understanding usage to optimize value.
Core Responsibilities:
- Maintain database of critical contract details
- Monitor timeline of upcoming contract events including but not limited to renewals, notification periods, other sourcing events, etc.
- Evaluate and maintain record of incidents against contractual SLAs and security incident response times
- Collect, analyze and aggregate critical contract information to support VMO and key stakeholders

Do you possess the following?:
Education: Bachelor’s degree with Masters or MBA preferred
- 5-8 years of sourcing or IT project management experience
- Proven ability to manage global projects and business relationships
- Understanding of cost savings and value drivers within Global IT hardware and software
- Experience with sourcing and procurement process
- Demonstrated ability to set and meet deadlines and manage related risks
- Strong situational leadership instincts and abilities
- Ability to manage and work with culturally and geographically diverse populations
- Ability work within a virtual team
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $47,000 - $78,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
