High-Rise Construction Residential

Our client is expanding and in search of a Project Manager that has completed 2 full cycle High-Rise residential projects. The project(s) that you would be considered for is a combination of 1 standalone project and another multiphase project. Both very exciting projects to be involved in. If you have experience with High-Rise construction in the residential space then we should discuss this opportunity in further detail. Please apply and I will reach out.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
2. Liaise with Safety Manager to meet safety goals.
3. Consistently plan, organize, and control projects per established policies and systems.
4. Collaborate with superintendents, supervise project administration and engineers. Maintain relationships with owners, subcontractors, and design partners.
5. Identify, and if needed, implement and enforce construction site rules and procedures.
6. Organize forecasts, track, and report project costs/revenue.
7. Approve subcontract progress payments and job material invoices.
8. Collaborate with Site Management to ensure the construction schedule is on time.
9. Identify any concerns that may arise that would interfere with the construction schedule and develop a plan to work around.

Qualifications:
1. 5-8+ years of experience
2. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or equivalent (preferred)
3. Proficiency in Word, Excel, MS Project, Scheduling Programs, Project, and Cost Management Systems
4. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
