Reporting to the Analytics & SAP Infrastructure Manager, the purpose of this Security Analyst role is to support the design, development, and administration of business security systems for protecting the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of Enerflex information resources. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and advanced knowledge of SAP best practices to guide the team on issues related to the design, development, security, and deployment of SAP applications.
The ideal candidate demonstrates our values of integrity, commitment, and creativity to achieve success. Responsibilities include collaborating with functional analysts and end-users to identify business pain points, proposing solutions, creating/maintaining the Security Strategy guidelines, designing and developing role-based security for production environments, managing GRC system functionality, participating in cross-functional project teams, troubleshooting security support issues, ensuring approval for access requests are compliant with business and governance rules, and sustaining efforts to listen to and understand customer needs.
To be successful, candidates should have a university degree or technical diploma combined with at least 5 years of relevant post-graduate work, broad knowledge of complex enterprise environment functionality such as Active Directory, Microsoft Operating Systems, and SAP, experience in SAP security design, user provisioning, segregation of duties concepts, sensitive access, and user access security including configuration of SAP. They should also be able to effectively communicate development, technical, and security-related concepts to a broad range of technical and non-technical staff.
