Key Responsibilities
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues on AI/ML infrastructure
• Enhance understanding of AI workloads and hardware architectures
• Act as a consultant for internal teams and stakeholders
• Collaborate with Product and Development teams for improvements
• Monitor customer escalations and lead effective solutions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or equivalent experience
• Experience with Linux/Unix systems
• Familiarity with AI/ML hardware and frameworks
• Knowledge of container orchestration tools
• Strong troubleshooting skills across technology stacks Lead Google Cloud’s initiatives by applying your technical expertise to shape customer experiences.
