We’re seeking a dynamic Financial Analyst to join our ETS Chief Operating Officer team. This is a high‑impact role where you’ll work closely with domain leads, Finance, and key stakeholders to drive financial transparency and support strategic decision‑making. This role operates in a fast‑paced environment and requires a strong resource that can operate both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze infrastructure spending and identify cost drivers and optimization opportunities

- Build financial models and develop business cases to support strategic initiatives

- Maintain and enhance financial reporting processes

- Develop robust analytics to increase transparency and support data‑driven decisions

- Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis or consulting, ideally within financial services

- Familiarity with infrastructure technology and related financials (e.g., data centers, servers/storage, networks)

- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to simplify complex issues

- Ability to perform under pressure in fast‑paced settings

- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

- Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel (Power Query), PowerPoint, and Word
