Position Overview

As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you’ll be at the center of our financial operations—ensuring accuracy, driving efficiency, and building lasting partnerships that keep our business moving forward. This isn’t just about chasing payments—it’s about solving problems, uncovering insights, and making processes stronger every day. If you’re energized by numbers and people, this role offers the perfect blend of both.

What You’ll Do

- Take charge of customer relationships: Proactively engage with clients to ensure timely payments and foster positive, solution-focused partnerships.

- Reconcile with precision: Dive into complex account reconciliations to resolve short payments, overpayments, and lingering discrepancies.

- Collaborate across teams: Partner with Billing, Pricing, and Operations to fix invoice issues, correct rating errors, and align on contract details.

- Drive improvement: Analyze payment trends, uncover the “why” behind delays, and recommend smarter, faster processes.

- Champion cash flow: Work with internal teams to minimize disputes and enhance financial performance.

- Be the problem-solver: Tackle challenges head-on, prevent repeat issues, and make a tangible impact on our bottom line.

- Keep it clean and clear: Maintain thorough, accurate records of all interactions and resolutions.

What You Bring

- Experience in credit, collections, or accounts receivable, ideally within transportation, logistics, or a related industry.

- Strong reconciliation and analytical skills—you know how to dig into data and find the story behind the numbers.

- A problem-solving mindset and natural curiosity—you don’t just identify issues, you fix them.

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to connect with customers and internal partners.

- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and beyond).

Why You’ll Love It Here

You’ll join a collaborative, forward-thinking team that values precision, partnership, and progress. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to make a real impact on our financial success.
