Duties:
Overseeing projects, responsible for day-to-day leadership and management of projects and for meeting project timelines and budgets.
Serve as the liaison between our Project Management Team and our Field Team to ensure compliance of construction with drawings, specs, and code/quality standards
Monitor work performance and efficiency of field staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project plans and schedules are followed effectively and within budget
Plan the mechanical components of a construction project and prepare a construction schedule in partnership with the Project Manager.
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.
Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout and installation of plumbing systems
Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures
Test plumbing systems for leaks and other issues
Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure proper installation and functionality of plumbing systems

Qualifications:
Valid journeyperson plumber license
Proven experience in plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
Good communication skills to interact with clients and other construction professionals

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
