As the Systems Developer you will be a driving member of an integral team responsible for developing system-based solutions by formulating programs, developing and maintaining code and documenting processes for consistency and continuous improvement. You will contribute to a range of highly complex and diverse team initiatives and provide training and support to the members of your team.

Technologies you have experience with:

- You have experience with at least one of the Guidewire suite of products - PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter.
- You have experience with JIRA, JIRA Service Desk and Confluence or similar tools.
- Having experience with Guidewire plugins, Message Broker, REST/SOAP services is an asset
- Experience with UiPath automation is an asset.

How you will create impact:

- Supporting the team in various responsibilities including estimating assigned tasks, completing status reports, and creating and maintaining technical documentation.
- Participating in the design and execution of program coding to implement features of small to medium complexity.
- Contributing to an implementation and back-out plan for a single system.
- Performing unit testing for developed code, supporting system and user acceptance testing and resolving defects by troubleshooting root causes.
- Learning relevant Information Technology (IT) standards, methodologies, processes and tools and contributing to project reviews.
- Fostering productive relationships with Information Technology (IT) business partners and communicating analysis and results accordingly.

To join our team:

- You have three years of experience in Information Technology or a related field.
- You have completed post-secondary education in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.
- You have 1+ years experience in Object Oriented Programming languages using JAVA technology
