What You'll Be Doing:
- Conduct regular shop floor walkthroughs to understand manufacturing processes, ensure accurate financial alignment, and forge strong relationships with operational teams.
- Develop and oversee financial strategies that support the company's operational goals and enhance factory efficiencies.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to understand and financially evaluate production processes, technologies, and projects.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electronics Engineering, or related disciplines with 15 years or above related experience.
- Solid knowledge gained from the shop floor of a sizable manufacturing firm.
- Proven project management skills in handling large-scale projects with complexity and diversity.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Knowledge in finance/cost accounting.
- Experience working in a matrix organization with different counterparts.
