Job Summary:

The Partner Operations Manager is a pivotal role within our organization, designed to streamline our partnerships' operations and enhance our collaboration and revenue management with strategic and product partners. It plays a crucial role in financial forecasting, setting goals with partners, and maintaining strategic partner dashboards. The Partner Operations Manager ensures the alignment of our team's efforts with broader organizational goals, facilitating seamless partner launches, and fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.

This role focuses on the efficient management of purchase orders, lead referral forms, payment processes for referrals and royalties, and the creation and distribution of pipeline reports.

How Will I Make an Impact?

- Manage the Partner release process
- Oversee and manage internal (Confluence) and external (Community) Partner resources and content portals to ensure they are accurate and relevant.
- Manage the strategic partner onboarding program and identify opportunities to evolve and enhance the processes and information share across the business.
- Manage the operational process of referring, implementing, and supporting the delivery of partner products.
- Oversee and manage the creation and administration of purchase orders for partner products.
- Track and facilitate access to sales leads initiated by our sales team with partners, ensuring integration into partner portals and systems.
- Manage regular payments to partners for referral and royalty fees, maintaining transparency and accuracy.
- Generate and distribute bi-weekly Pipeline Reports to strategic partners, addressing inquiries and concerns to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Assist in the setting and forecasting of financial goals for partnerships, contributing to the organization's financial health and growth strategy.
- Create, maintain, and enhance strategic partner dashboards to improve data accuracy and usefulness, facilitating informed decision-making.
- Review monthly and quarterly revenue reports before dissemination to partners, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

The expected base salary range for a new hire in this role is listed below. The annualized base salary offered is determined by each candidate's relevant knowledge, skills, education, training, and experience. It is aligned to ensure both internal and external competitiveness using market data for the geographic location and industry.

Base Salary Range: $70,000 — $90,000 CAD
