A Facilities Technician is responsible for assisting in all shop requirements from, shop clean-up, general maintenance, and assisting on various shop projects. We are looking to add someone to our team who is eager to learn, detail-orientated and a team player.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Responsible for General Maintenance & House Keeping items such as shoveling entrance & salting.
- Clean the shop floor using a ride-on cleaner.
- Loading & unloading of deliveries as needed.
- Basic Maintenance and repair item of facility.
- Assist with various shop projects, including 5s projects.
- Accurate and timely completion of all daily paperwork
- General housekeeping duties
- In accordance with company policy/ESA; overtime, work outside of regular hours, and being on call may be required at the discretion of the company.
- Driving Company Delivery Truck
- Responsible for Delivery & Pickup of Local shipments.
- All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

- Completion of High School or equivalent
- Valid Drivers License and able to Insured
- Forklift truck and material handling experience
- Ability to hook up and drive with a trailer.

- You have the ability to think beyond the needs of the customer to point out errors and potential issues.
- You are able to adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions, cope effectively with complexity and change, quickly understand and absorb new information and respond appropriately.
- You are a straight shooter who gets to the point and can clearly communicate in both oral and written for.
