Partnerships Coordinator – Business Development & Sales

TRIBU is looking for a Partnerships Coordinator to join its Business Development team.
You will primarily be responsible for supporting the partnerships department in driving the company’s business growth.

Your mission will be to contribute to TRIBU’s growth by prospecting and closing deals through exhibitor spaces, food truck activations, and custom commercial partnerships.

The role also involves accompanying our partners on-site to deliver an unforgettable experience during our events (JACKALOPE, APIK, and other projects).

This is a unique opportunity to combine sales autonomy, collaboration within a dynamic team, and immersion in the world of action sports and festivals.

Your Role

Working closely with the Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for generating revenue by:

- Identifying business opportunities
- Approaching new clients
- Creating tailored partnership offers
- Delivering the best possible on-site partner experience

What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like?

Sales & Business Development

- Prospect and meet new partners (SMEs, brands, food trucks).
- Sell exhibitor and food truck spaces, as well as bespoke partnerships.
- Create tailored offers that deliver real impact.
- Build lasting relationships and identify upsell and renewal opportunities.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets per event and season.
- Manage and update the sales pipeline in the CRM.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, production, and operations teams to deliver a memorable experience.

Coordination & Execution

- Act as the main on-site host for partners during events: welcome, support, and create an unforgettable experience

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You Have:

- Proven experience in B2B sales or partnerships
- Strong prospecting and client relationship skills
- A results-driven mindset focused on objectives and performance
- The ability to sell customized solutions
- Comfort working in a creative, event-driven environment

Qualifications

- Education in business administration, marketing, communications, or equivalent experience
- Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
- Excellent command of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- CRM experience (HubSpot, Monday, or equivalent) is an asset

What Makes You Stand Out

- Genuine interest in action sports, event culture, and brands
- Ability to create value, not just sell space
- Availability during event periods
- Willingness to travel for work (tradeshows, events, festivals, etc.)

*We encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet every single requirement.

This role allows you to see the direct impact of your work: creative partnerships, tangible revenue, and lasting relationships with brands and partners. Here, your impact is measurable, celebrated, and visible on the ground.

Life at TRIBU

- Hybrid work model with 2 days per week working from home
- Company-provided mobile phone or monthly reimbursement ($75/month)
- Employer-sponsored marketing training programs (e.g., HubSpot)
- Group insurance after the probation period
- A fun, welcoming team culture with many growth opportunities
- Unlimited coffee, a rooftop terrace to enjoy in the summer, and an inspiring co-working space in the Plateau-Mont-Royal
