Embark on an environmental career with Stantec as a Junior Environmental Site Assessor in Thunder Bay. Participate in critical assessments and fieldwork that support sustainable practices across Ontario.
You will be part of a dedicated team at Stantec focused on effective site remediation and environmental safety. This role entails hands-on fieldwork, including sampling and analysis, while supporting project managers with data interpretation and client deliverables. Your efforts will contribute directly to comprehensive environmental solutions.
Key Responsibilities

¢ Conduct fieldwork to sample soil, groundwater, and surface water â€
¢ Support Phase I and II Environmental Assessments and remediation projects â€
¢ Comply with all safety, quality, and project requirements â€
¢ Provide analytical support on project deliverables â€
¢ Travel to various locations for field assignments as needed
Requirements:

¢ Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering, or geoscience â€
¢ Previous relevant internship or co-op experience valued â€
¢ Familiarity with MS Office tools required â€
¢ Access to a vehicle and valid G driver’s license â€
