- Manage the progress of awarded contracts to ensure compliance with project specifications.

- Track project costs, prepare client invoices, and review subcontractor invoices.

- Analyze completed jobs to identify variances between estimated and actual costs.

- Procure materials and coordinate delivery to job sites.

- Ensure all legal, safety, and municipal documentation (e.g., traffic control plans, insurance, bonds) is in place.

- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor quotes for inclusion in bids.

- Prepare and submit pricing for extra work as needed.

Here’s What You Need

- Valid Ontario G-Class Driver’s Licence (in good standing).

- 5-7 years of hands‑on estimating and project coordination experience in the construction or road‑building sector.

- Solid multitasking and time‑management abilities — able to manage multiple jobs simultaneously.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to produce clear, professional documentation.

- Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions.

- Professionalism, tact, and discretion when engaging with colleagues, clients, and subcontractors.
