Responsibilities

- Develop creative direction and mood boards for internal and external design projects.

- Design mockups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to support digital initiatives.

- Contribute to the planning and execution of campaign strategies across multiple channels.

- Produce original graphic designs for a variety of media, ensuring visual impact and consistency.

- Collaborate with marketing, content, and channel teams to create ads, newsletters, and campaign assets.

- Establish, document, and maintain brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency and adherence to best practices.

- Support internal teams with diverse design needs and ad hoc creative requests.

Qualifications

- UX Design certification or equivalent practical experience

- Proven experience in digital design and content production

- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)

- Familiarity with video editing tools and basic motion design principles

- Working knowledge of HTML and web design best practices

- Experience with WordPress or similar content management systems

- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field

- Bonus skill: Bilingual in English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills is an asset.
