Senior Product Manager at WellnessLiving
Title: Senior Product Manager
Salary: Based on Experience + Benefits + Vacation
Remote/Hybrid: Remote
Length: Permanent, full-time
About Us:
At WellnessLiving, we empower thousands of health and wellness business owners to turn their entrepreneurial dreams into reality. Our mission-critical software fuels their vision, supporting millions of clients around the world in their wellness journeys. With a deep commitment to putting our customers first, we foster a culture that values high performance, adaptability, and accountability. If you are a skilled professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and are passionate about making a meaningful impact on the health and wellness industry, we would love to connect with you. Our team is driven by four core values that shape everything we do. If you share these values and meet the qualifications outlined for this role, we encourage you to apply - we’d love to learn more about you
Customer First – We approach every challenge with a customer-focused lens, driven by an obsession with our customers’ happiness and success.
Excellence – We approach every task, whether big or small, with a steadfast commitment to exceptional execution and the pursuit of greatness.
Accountability – We take full ownership of our decisions, actions, and outcomes – both successes and failures.
Adaptability – We recognize that sustained success demands that we be malleable and purposefully evolve, acknowledging that the world is dynamic and constantly changing.
About You
We are seeking a senior-level individual contributor who leads through action and sharp product judgment. You will own key product areas end-to-end—shaping strategy, guiding discovery, and collaborating across Engineering, UX/UI, and Customer-facing teams—while mentoring other team members through example.
A successful candidate combines first-principles product thinking with a track record of leveraging AI—whether integrating machine learning into operations, improving internal tooling with AI, or launching customer-facing AI features. You will also quarterback go-to-market (GTM) efforts, working cross-functionally to ensure successful launches and measurable business impact.
What You’ll Do
- Drive the product roadmap for your domain, aligning initiatives to company objectives and measurable business outcomes.
- Identify high-impact opportunities by formulating the right questions, gathering data, and applying first-principles reasoning to complex problems.
- Lead full go-to-market efforts for major releases and new products—partnering with Marketing, Sales, Product Training, and Customer Success to craft positioning, pricing, enablement, and launch plans.
- Translate strategy into clear requirements: write detailed specs, prioritize interdependent features, and work with Engineering for effort estimates.
- Partner with UX/UI to move from low-fidelity flows to polished designs, balancing speed and quality while managing technical trade-offs.
- Champion responsible and practical uses of AI—spot opportunities, collaborate with data science/engineering, and define success metrics.
- Maintain product plans, backlogs, and documentation so mixed teams can deliver on schedule.
- Assess release readiness and raise quality concerns to leadership when delivery does not meet the bar.
- Model strong product practices and provide informal coaching to junior PMs on discovery methods, prioritization, and stakeholder communication.
- Communicate decisions and status clearly to executives, peers, and cross-functional partners throughout the product lifecycle.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS (health & wellness, marketplace, or consumer platforms a plus).
- Demonstrated success launching AI-powered products or integrating AI/ML into product operations.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional go-to-market efforts for major product launches, including positioning, pricing, and sales enablement.
- Evidence of first-principles thinking: ability to deconstruct complex problems and design elegant, data-driven solutions.
- Strong technical literacy—comfortable discussing architecture, APIs, and trade-offs with engineers.
- Proven track record of shipping high-quality features in an agile environment and measuring impact with clear metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to influence without formal authority.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Please note that only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
We appreciate you taking the time and look forward to reviewing your application
