Fully responsible and accountable for all aspects of their team, including employee performance, reporting, mentorship, technical training, compensation, and advancement. 10 or more years experience in CommissioningExcellent computer skills and project management skillsBuilding design experience in, building controls, M&E systems an advantage Commissioning – High Level of Knowledge and Expertise Testing Adjusting & Balancing – High level of Technical Proficiency Controls engineering – High level of Technical Proficiency Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems design – High level of Technical Proficiency Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal Team player with Leadership Potential As a leader in our industry, we also offer **competitive salaries, benefits, and professional development** **incentives**.If you’re looking for a career that combines your **passion** for innovation with an environmental **purpose**, we encourage you to join our **change-making** team.
