This position will be primarily dedicated to supporting the business.Daily Responsibilities:You will be involved in a wide range of asset management legal matters, with a focus on supporting institutional business. This includes: (i) advising on the launch and distribution of private pooled and alternative funds; (ii) providing legal support to The Bank's real estate, infrastructure and private credit investment teams, (iii) drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements and documentation, (iv) providing legal and regulatory advice in relation to investment funds, portfolio management, and fund management services, (v) working on strategic initiatives, including global distribution projects (iv) working with internal stakeholders and managing external counsel to achieve business objectives; and (v) providing advice on corporate governance and other regulatory matters.MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:1. law firm and/or in-house position practicing securities law - duration2.
