Responsible for the development and maintenance of Production plans and schedules to ensure we drive on time delivery to our customers as well as meet business plan. Having the skills to plan and organize work schedules in a dynamic growing business will be key.

**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Responsible for creating a production schedule using ERP/MRP system and supporting tools while providing regular reporting on manufacturing status
- Monitor, analyze and report performance in order to schedule production activities utilizing information derived from material and production control systems
- Coordinate with departments as needed to identify and resolve issues regarding delivery
- Identify and resolve Supplier constraints or errors that result in schedule discrepancies. Expedite as necessary
- Stay informed of current projects, manufacturing workload, project plans as well as design status
- Analyze project information, build plans and WIP to control and maintain the release of work to meet deliverables
- Communicate often with Purchasing, Production and Project Management
- Develop and maintain material status and shortage reports with Purchasing and Production
- Supports project management as required
- Additional duties as assigned

**POSITION REQUIREMENTS**:
**Qualifications**:

- Education in related field or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years’ of experience in manufacturing planning or related field
- ERP /MRP experience
- Experience and familiarity with engineering processes, process planning, and process improvement (LEAN, 5S, or 6 sigma an asset)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $46,000.00-$54,000.00 per year
