Knotch is redefining digital experiences through AI and seeks an innovative QA Manager with expertise in automation. You will oversee a talented offshore QA team while building a domestic team in the US. With your leadership, you will create comprehensive test suites and implement automated testing processes across multiple product environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop hands-on automation for AI native tools
• Lead and expand the offshore QA team
• Create automated API testing processes on cloud services
• Build robust test suites for overall engineering use
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams on testing best practices
Requirements:
• 8+ years in QA engineering with 2+ in team leadership
• Proficiency in automation tools like Selenium and Cypress
• Experience with manual and automated API testing
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git
• Strong communication and mentorship capabilities Become a pivotal leader in shaping Knotch's quality assurance processes and automating testing frameworks that impact product delivery.
