- Compensation: $60,000 - $110,000 per year

What We’re Looking For:

- Passion for outstanding customer service—treat every guest like a friend

- Energy and enthusiasm to be part of a high-performing, fast-growing sales team

- Drive to succeed and take ownership of your income through dedication and effort

- Coachable and eager to continuously improve

- OMVIC license required

- Proven automotive sales experience preferred

- Multi-language skills are a plus, special preference to candidates speaking fluent in Indian languages (such as Urdu, Punjabi, etc.)

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage customers professionally at every touchpoint, making the experience enjoyable and memorable

- Follow up on leads from inquiry to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction

- Prospect new customers and conduct outreach as needed

- Assist customers in selecting vehicles based on needs and preferences

- Provide detailed information on vehicle features, specifications, and pricing

- Conduct test drives, negotiate, and close sales deals

- Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently

- Maintain precise records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions
