The Opportunity

VistaVu is seeking a seasoned Marketing professional to join our Marketing team as a Content & Campaign Marketing Specialist. This opportunity is worth considering if you are looking for a rapidly growing business and an exciting workplace. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting business development and lead generation activities by tailoring content and campaigns for specific personas, such as Wholesale Distribution or Manufacturing.

What will you be doing?

- Produce on-brand, engaging, and high-quality content to help Sales, CSMs, and CX teams effectively communicate and educate prospects and customers throughout the relationship/buyers' lifecycle.
- Manage the development, messaging, and processes throughout the creation of all thought-leadership, educational, and creative content, including editorials, E-books, blogs, social media posts, success stories (with customer waivers), product overviews, video segments, etc.
- Collaborate with the Website, SEO & Design person in the team to ensure content assets are visually aligned with campaign goals and branding.
- Manage and execute campaigns on platforms like HubSpot and schedule persona-specific social media content. Optimize email marketing sequences, track campaign performance metrics, and adjust strategies based on data insights.
- Build strong relationships throughout the company to help unify our content and fully understand the marketing goals, needs, and objectives of our external ventures and clients.
- Ensure organized content management and alignment with SEO best practices. Analyze content engagement metrics (e.g., conversions, views, impressions) and implement strategies to improve performance across channels.
- Support with developing brand strategies and wider brand messaging across varying content channels.
- Ensure internal and external communication materials are relevant, accurate, and up to date. Coordinate file management, including tracking and logging changes to resources across channels.
- Remain current on content marketing and creative trends and constantly look to innovate within the industry.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing stakeholders to align campaign messaging with lead generation goals and persona-specific strategies.
- Create and manage video content to enhance campaign effectiveness and support lead nurturing.

What experience do you need?

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism, or related field – or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years of full-time marketing experience with a software subscription product.
- Deep literacy around content strategy, as well as brand and performance marketing.
- A deep understanding of the mechanics of producing must-read content; you know how to make a subject 'pop' to a reader.
- Proven ability to create enticing campaigns, not just one-off pieces.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment where competing priorities, uncertain outcomes, and iteration is the norm.
- Proficiency with HubSpot.
- Proficiency with Business ByDesign (CRM) is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate with various teams, consolidate information, and deliver on content plans.
- Understand SEO and best practices for content writing.
- Excellent organizational skills with an appreciation for vocabulary and digital taxonomy.
- Personable and resilient individual who can coordinate content from Product teams, SMEs, CX, CSMs, customers, and the marketing team.
- Excellent time management skills, proactive strategist, detailed execution.
- An interest and knowledge in AI.
