What we offer:

- Real advocacy experience: From day one, you’ll take the lead on motions, discoveries, mediations, and trials.
- Hands-on mentorship: Collaboration with partners who lead by example—in court, in strategy, and in advocacy.
- Demanding work, sustainable rhythm: ~1,500–1,600 hours/year—challenging, focused, and balanced.
- Compensation: $140,000–$170,000 base, commensurate with experience, with transparent advancement pathways.
- Flexibility: Work in office or remotely—structured for how you work best.

What we’re looking for:

- 3–5 years of commercial litigation experience.
- A lawyer who thrives on written and oral advocacy.
- A disciplined communicator with a client-first approach.
