Provenance Advocates LLP is seeking a dedicated and self-motivated Associate Lawyer to join our growing team. This is a full-time hybrid position based in the London, Ontario area, offering flexibility to work both remotely and in-office. As an Associate Lawyer, you will be entrusted with carriage of client files, independently managing a diverse caseload while contributing to collaborative legal strategy and advocacy. You will conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, advocate in court, and engage in client negotiations. The role allows for a high degree of autonomy, making it ideal for self-directed professionals. Key Responsibilities: Manage assigned client files independently from intake to resolution Conduct legal research and analysis across multiple practice areas Draft, review, and revise pleadings, contracts, affidavits, and other legal documents Represent clients before courts, tribunals, and in negotiations Maintain professional communication and strong relationships with clients Collaborate with senior counsel and team members on complex legal matters Record and bill all docketed time in accordance with firm policies Qualifications: Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario (or eligible for licensing) Juris Doctor (JD), LL.B., or equivalent legal degree from a recognized institution Minimum 1 year of litigation or advocacy experience preferred (new calls to the Bar are welcome to apply) Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Proficiency in drafting legal documents across practice areas Exceptional organizational and time management abilities Client-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills Demonstrated ability to work independently with accountability What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate (starting at $250/hour) Complete autonomy over your schedule and file management Work‑from‑home flexibility with a hybrid in‑office option Access to a wide range of files across various practice areas Opportunity to grow within a multidisciplinary, collaborative legal team To apply, please submit your resume, cover letter, and references to .
