- Connect with Clients: Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries related to engagement opportunities.
- Optimize Engagement Metrics: Monitor community health and engagement metrics, such as participation rates, retention metrics, and Net Promoter Scores (NPS), using insights to optimize strategies.

You might be the right fit if you:

- Thrive on engaging with people and building meaningful connections.
- Have exceptional organizational skills and can effectively manage a growing community database.
- Understand how to nurture and grow a community, creating lasting engagement.
- Understand what drives engagement and can create standout taglines and email campaigns.
- Possess excellent organizational skills and can manage a robust content calendar effectively.
- Are curious and creative, bringing fresh ideas to community building and social media strategy.
- Have experience growing online communities and managing social platforms.

Bonus points if you:

- Have expertise in analyzing social media metrics to adjust strategies and drive growth.
- Are familiar with tools for list building and email marketing.
