The Position:

Our Edmonton Client, is seeking a Digital Media Specialist to join their culture focused team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, creating, and optimizing digital content across various platforms to enhance brand visibility, engage their target audience, and drive business growth. If you have a passion for digital media, content strategy, and analytics, we would love to hear from you

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and manage engaging digital content across platforms including social media, website, email campaigns, blogs, and paid ads
  • Create and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion
  • Monitor and analyze digital media performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other reporting platforms to track key metrics and KPIs
  • Ensure all digital media content aligns with the company's voice, style, and brand guidelines
  • Take ownership of the organization's social media management

Mandatories (must have to qualify):

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (4+ years) in digital media, digital marketing, or social media management.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, SEO, SEM, and content management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
