We are currently seeking a Senior Manager of Facilities, Security, and Environmental Serviceswho will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our provincial infrastructure while ensuring compliance, safety, and continuity in a fast-paced and meaningful healthcare environment. The Senior Manager of Facilities, Security, and Environmental Services provides strategic and operational leadership for the organization’s provincial facilities portfolio, security program, and environmental services standards. Reporting to the Senior Director of Business Continuity and Development, this role ensures that office, clinic, and program spaces are safe, secure, clean, functional, compliant, and aligned with operational needs across Ontario. The position provides leadership to the Facilities and Security Manager role and works closely with operations and shared services departments, landlords, real estate professionals, contractors, and vendors. The role is accountable for facilities strategy, lease and property oversight, security governance, environmental cleaning program management, vendor performance oversight, risk mitigation, service standards, and continuous improvement. This position will also assist in ensuring the company remains in compliance with all building codes, Occupational Health and Safety, Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act and the Ontario Fire Code along with any additional applicable legislation. This position will be providing support to our provincial offices and clinics, travel across the province will be required. This position will have in-office requirements based out of our Waterloo, ON corporate office.

- This position offers a competitive compensation range. The salary range is$95,000.00 to $120,000.00, and placement within the range will be determined in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as the candidate’s knowledge, skills, qualifications, and relevant experience.

- Manage internal policies related to facilities and security, contributing to the development and continuous improvement of policies that impact facilities, security, environmental cleaning, and operational service delivery through consultation with operational leaders and key interest holders.
- Provide leadership, direction, coaching, and performance oversight for the Facilities and Security Manager role and related portfolio activities while fostering a culture of collaboration, service excellence, open communication, and mutual accountability across the organization.
- Lead the provincial facilities management program, including leased properties, office and clinic space, lease monitoring, space planning, landlord engagement, relocations, renovations, and capital projects, while building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, operational leaders, and key interest holders.
- Establish and maintain standardized processes for facilities tickets, work orders, issue triage, prioritization, reporting, escalation, and service completion, ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent communication with operational teams and corporate partners.
- Oversee vendor sourcing, service agreements, insurance documentation, WSIB requirements, performance monitoring, and preferred vendor lists for facilities, security, cleaning, maintenance, and related services.
- Provide oversight of security systems and access control governance, including FOB management standards, alarm response protocols, vendor coordination, branch training, and compliance monitoring.
- Manage and monitor physical security systems, including the implementation and enhancement of security surveillance and access control systems, while coordinating with operational leaders, vendors, and external partners to ensure consistent security practices across the organization.
