About the role
Glen Recruiters and Karas Security are divisions of the Glen Group of Companies, providing tailored workforce and security solutions throughout the Lower Mainland.
- Glen Recruiters specializes in staffing for warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, and light industrial sectors.
- Karas Security offers professional security services for commercial, industrial, and event environments.
As we expand, we’re seeking a dynamic Sales Manager with a background in recruitment or security services and a proven record of success in B2B sales. If you're passionate about building relationships and driving growth, this is your opportunity to make a big impact across two fast-growing industries.
What you’ll do
Key Responsibilities Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify, target, and close new business opportunities across key industries.
- Conduct outbound prospecting, cold calls, and client meetings.
- Create and present customized proposals to prospective clients.
Account Management & Client Success
- Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high service standards.
- Partner with recruitment and operations teams to fulfill client needs effectively.
- Resolve client issues proactively and professionally.
Market Growth & Brand Presence
- Attend site visits, networking events, trade shows, and industry meetups.
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes.
- Represent Glen Recruiters and Karas Security with professionalism and credibility.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and manage a robust sales pipeline.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, HR, and operations teams.
- Provide regular performance and activity reports.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of sales/account management experience in Staffing, Recruitment, or Security services.
- Proven ability to win new business and manage complex client relationships.
- Strong B2B sales, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Solid understanding of BC employment standards and safety regulations.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for meetings.
Pay Range from $60,000 - $70,000 per year (plus uncapped commissions)
