Work Location: Remote, Canada - must be willing and able to work PST Hours for duration of the Contract.

Job Description:

- 3+ years of Project Management and Change Management process experience.
- Engage a wide range of stakeholders including different departments and application teams to perform discovery work on clinical and non-clinical devices, ensuring that all stakeholders are involved and their requirements are considered.
- Create change tickets to document and track all changes made to devices, ensuring that proper documentation is maintained for auditing and compliance purposes.
- Coordinate change windows, which involve organizing the application and network teams to support the migration of devices behind the clinical firewall zone. This includes scheduling the change window, coordinating resources, and ensuring that all necessary tasks are completed within the designated timeframe.
- Draft leave-behind documents that provide reference to clinical and application teams to support device management and troubleshooting activities. These documents should include step-by-step instructions, troubleshooting guides, and contact information for further assistance.
- Provide administrative support, ensuring that administrative matters are organized and dealt with in a professional manner. This may include managing change management schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing necessary materials for decision-making and meeting facilitation.
