As a PDR Technician, you'll be a superhero of sorts, rescuing vehicles from dents, dings, and hail damage using paintless dent repair techniques. You'll be a part of a team that's passionate about cars and obsessed with attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

1. Repair dents, dings, and hail damage on vehicles using paintless dent repair techniques.
2. Inspect and assess the damage to vehicles with a keen eye for detail.
3. Use a variety of tools and techniques to repair damaged areas, making the car look brand new in no time.
4. Complete all repairs in a timely and efficient manner, while keeping the work area clean and organized.
5. Maintain and clean tools and equipment, and communicate with customers and team members about the repair process and timeline.

Requirements:

1. Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
2. Completion of a PDR training program or equivalent work experience.
3. Attention to detail is a must – it's the little things that make a big difference.
4. Ability to use and maintain PDR tools and equipment, as well as good communication skills.
5. Team player mentality – we work together to achieve common goals.
6. Adaptability – thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
