Mission/Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Mid-Level Manager to oversee team operations, drive performance, and support the execution of organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and the capacity to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans for their team.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
- Plan, prioritize, and manage day-to-day team activities to ensure efficiency and high-quality output.
- Monitor team performance, set goals, and provide regular feedback to foster continuous improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align team efforts with broader company initiatives.
- Analyze processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Prepare and present reports on team performance, projects, and key metrics to senior management.
- Support change management initiatives and ensure team adoption of new processes or tools.
- Handle escalated issues and provide guidance to resolve complex challenges.

What You'll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.

- Demonstrated ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and achieve results.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
