As our Heavy Field Equipment Technician, you’ll play an integral role in performing major diagnostics and major repairs and servicing all equipment in fleet with minimal supervision. You are responsible for providing the highest quality of service and complying with the company’s established policies and procedures. This position will be responsible for developing and coaching apprentices.

- Certification: Red Seal Heavy Equipment Technician certification required.

- Vigilance: Report customer satisfaction, trends and other useful information.
- Mentorship: Listen actively and perform competence analysis of apprentice technicians.
- Organization: Detail-oriented position with personal systems for organizing work.
Requirements
- Red Seal or Journeyperson Technician Certification
- 2-5 years related experience
- Solid knowledge of equipment systems and repairs
- Good communications skills with peers and supervisors
- Basic knowledge of computer applications
- Committed to continuous learning
- Strong technical background and capable of communicating with technicians and customers regarding parts and service
- Health & Safety Knowledge – OH & S rules and regulations guidelines
Education Required: Heavy Equipment Technician Red Seal certification
