Lube Bay Foreman at Birch Mountain

Lead a team as the Lube Bay Foreman at Birch Mountain Enterprises in Fort McKay. Oversee daily operations of Lube Technicians and Heavy Duty Apprentice Technicians in a supportive environment. In this supervisory role, you'll report to the Maintenance Manager and manage a dynamic team focused on servicing and repairing tools and equipment. Strong leadership and technical expertise are essential as you ensure all work is performed efficiently and in accordance with safety protocols. Your hands-on approach involves inspecting, troubleshooting, and guiding team members through complex repairs.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily activities of Lube Technicians
• Train employees on safety and job procedures

Requirements:
• Journeyman Heavy Duty Technician certification
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean abstract
• OSSA and CSTS Certifications
