The Scrum Master will facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles throughout the migration of Reporting flows from Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services to Azure Databricks. This role will act as a servant leader to the team, removing impediments and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical deliverables.
- Track progress, manage risks, and report status to stakeholders.
- Foster collaboration between development, solution design, and business teams.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience managing cloud migration or data engineering projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Certifications:

- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
- Agile Project Management certifications (optional).
