**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Coach team members on Agile principles and practices to enhance their understanding and execution of the Scrum framework.
- Remove impediments that hinder team progress, ensuring that teams can focus on delivering value.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize the product backlog and ensure clarity of requirements.
- Utilize tools such as TFS and Visio to track project progress and visualize workflows effectively.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to negotiate priorities and manage expectations.
- Implement time management strategies to optimize team performance and productivity.
- Support the transition from Waterfall methodologies to Agile practices where applicable.
- Foster an environment of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and implementing best practices.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role within an Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, with experience in implementing these practices in a team setting.
- Familiarity with enterprise software development processes is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using project management tools such as TFS for tracking progress and managing workflows.
- A background in project management or related fields is advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $130,000.00-$170,000.00 per year

Flexible language requirement:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Project management: 1 year (preferred)
